MERIDEE MOORE

Meridee Moore is an investor and corporate finance professional with over 30 years of experience in a wide range of industries. She has been actively involved in several restructurings and has overseen investments with complex corporate finance, regulatory, tax, real estate, and commodity issues. In 2002, she founded Watershed Asset Management LLC, an alternative asset manager based in San Francisco. Watershed returned outside capital in 2017 and now manages firm capital as Watershed Equity Partners. Prior to Watershed, Meridee was a partner at Farallon Capital Management, where she invested in private and public equity, debt, real estate and led the firm’s investments in Japan and Latin America. She started her career as a corporate law associate at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett and an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, both in New York.

Meridee currently serves on the boards of Rayonier, Inc. (NYSE:RYN) and Blackrock Capital Investment Corporation (NASDAQ:BKCC) and is a member of the advisory board of Fiduciary Counseling Inc. She is also a founding member of the Global Leadership Council of Right to Play International and has served on the board of Nextgen Climate America. She holds a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
